I've been looking very closely at Highrise and wondering if it should be my chosen CRM. Compared to comparable CRMs I really like it - haven't started using it properly though.nnI think one of most important factors in a successful online app is how they communicate to their community. I use http://www.freeagentcentral.com for my accounting and although some features have taken a while to introduce, your confidence remains with them because they update the community and stay in touch, which is crucial - you feel that they care!nnWhat I see from users of Highrise is some frustration on this side of things. Highrise / 37 don't use anything like GetSatisfaction or Uservoice, their methods of listening to customers seem quite basic. Is this the case Charles?nnAlso on the iphone side of things have you looked at http://www.taptapmobile.com/en/topfloor - the reviews here seemed a bit dodgy : http://www.appstorehq.com/topfloor-highriseclient-iphone-20579/appnor have you used http://www.floor13app.com ??nnWould be interested in any up to date opinions on these from anyone?

I agree that many CRM systems, including those which I have helped implement for other SMB'ers, lack what I need personally in a social CRM world. Personally I have been using Gist, which solves all the gripes both you and I seem to face as highly interactive folks.

I like Highrise yet use Salesforce and Gist as my "universal store" of contact and context information for people I know as well as main repository for a dashboard view of ALL the conversations I’ve had with people and associated tasks.

Now if they only had that "button" for syncing all the places on the net I interact with people I would be a much less busier guy. They are very close IMO.

I started using Highrise then bailed because it had no good support for iphone/bberry or offline access. I also wasn't enamored with their "we know better than you what is good for you" attitude. On the task management side, 37 Signals has Ta-Da List.
