Facebook IPO in 2009?
I´m at a random internet cafe in Spain and a nice British man just saw me browsing Facebook and asked me if I thought they were in any position to go public anytime soon. I don´t want to beat a dead horse, but I think Facebook should focus on finding their version of AdWords, eBay´s auctions, MS Windows, or some other decent margin high growth business model. Presumably the goal is not simply to go public, but to go public and continue to grow in such a way that the company can achieve its more grand ambitions.
